Customer service is terrible. I have tried calling, emailing, and filling out the online form to no avail. I am a paying customer with premium service and can't get them to respond for the initial app setup.

The catered food throughout the day by "A Tasteful Affair" is a real added benefit to our day. They have everything right on site. Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian. And fresh salads to choose over ordering or taking the time and hassle to travel out during the training and work day.

There is very little help with Zoho people, many times when you click on chat feature there is no one to help. There is no direct phone number to ask for help, you only have the chat feature. You need to get more help for Zoho people.
