We we're hesitant about going to the Fort Union branch because of all the bad reviews but we found Brandon to be totally efficient and very friendly. We opened an account and we were in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. Thanks Brandon.

Slowest service EVER! Went in on a Wednesday afternoon at 3:00pm and I was in here over 20 minutes, simply to cash a check. I’m an America’s First Credit Union customer and this was a reminder why. America’s First Credit Union is the best, Zion’s is the WORST!

UPDATEAfter avoiding this location for months, it was time for another try. I should have trusted my gut. If I didn't like Zions the way I do, this location would have had me jumping ship in search of another bank.

I just moved into the area, and this Zions Bank proved to be the closest bank to us that we could use. I've been a user of Zions bank for many years - and have been to different locations all over Utah County and SLC County. While the parking is limited due to the location, the negative reviews presented here are not adequately representing this location. The overall look and feel of the branch of are a very high quality. I went in to deposit a moderately large sized sum of cash and cash-equivalents. I was served faster than i ever had been in another location. While leaving, i noticed that the coffee and hot chocolate that they provide free to members and clients was very well kept, clean, and ready for use. Before utilizing the reviews on here, keep in mind that most reviews are written only if: The service was poor enough to motivate an angry review, and doesn't reflect the innumerable other clients who have a great but usual/expected service.

I've banked at this branch for years. The employees change every so often but I've always had courteous and prompt service and the managers and tellers are always friendly. Very good notary abilities I've used a lot.

Horrible bank do not go hear I waited for almost an hour just to transfer some money Brandon the only guy that could do the transfer milked out everything he was doing just to be a jerk
