Yesenia Romero, a personal banking officer I worked with at this location, helped me resolve numerous issues that have been plaguing my Zions banking experience for over a year. It was a very convoluted situation, 3 separate issues actually, and she was compassionate and helpful immediately. Over the span of repeatedly dealing with these issues I had talked with employees at 2 other locations, including the headquarters, and over the phone, to little avail. After sorting everything she also called me the next week to verify that a new password had been updated in their system and I wouldn't have a problem with it again. Thank you so much Yesenia!
