I've had bad attention there before but this time was the worst. Yesenia, the girl that works in the desk, was talking to a customer about life and not working. She didn't even touch the computer. Two people were waiting before me and left. Agter a while I asked her if she was the only one in the desks and she said yes and that she would be with me in just a minute. THEN she started typing and working with the customer. When finally was done, she said she couldn't help me find out what the bank needed to update in my account because I didn't have the letter... so you mean they requested me to go there for something SO IMPORTANT that it's not even available in the system? The bank is a joke and their employees too.
