Yesenia Romero, a personal banking officer I worked with at this location, helped me resolve numerous issues that have been plaguing my Zions banking experience for over a year. It was a very convoluted situation, 3 separate issues actually, and she was compassionate and helpful immediately. Over the span of repeatedly dealing with these issues I had talked with employees at 2 other locations, including the headquarters, and over the phone, to little avail. After sorting everything she also called me the next week to verify that a new password had been updated in their system and I wouldn't have a problem with it again. Thank you so much Yesenia! You're an angel!

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. Do your banking elsewhere. This Zions Bank is awful!! I will never go back there.

Really rude. As s guest I should not be lied to repeadly about banking. Also they DONT answers phones on Saturday. But.rudely tell you you have to CALL IN change. There is no guest service and I hate wasting my has to go there. Long lines and not enough tellers. Just poorly ran

What is going on at this branch? I get it’s Rose Park, but this location needs to get with program. The pitifully low level of service is absurd for a financial institution. Quite honestly, embarrassing for the bank. Your competition Wells Fargo next door gets it. Zion’s could learn a lot from their neighbor.

Awesome staff !! great service!! Never had too wait in line inside or drive up. Keep up the great service & the friendly faces! Walk in or drive up, pretty cool they know me automatically. Zions keep up the great work:)
