I was nervous to go to this branch because of all the bad reviews but it was not a bad experience at all. Nate was super helpful and friendly. I was in and out with in 5 minutes of arriving. Definitely recommend coming here.

It's a big box bank- same as any other. Their sole purpose is to get you to part with your money so their bottom line and shareholders can get richer. They told me my accounts were closed, yet they later allowed a transaction through, putting me below $0 and charging me a fee of $55. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO WITH ANY OF THE WONDERFUL CREDIT UNIONS AROUND HERE INSTEAD. There is a reason they are so successful...

This branch is not customer friendly in anyway. I have gone in multiple times to get a simple issue with my account resolved and each time I go I am told something different from the employees who work here. They are not friendly nor helpful and they do not seem to care about the customers. This is my time and money they are messing with and they could care less. I have had more success with calling customer support than dealing with this branch. I am currently debating closing my account with zions all together.

Zions bank just stole $115 that we deposited via atm and was not credited to the account. The manager was very uncooperative. Basically insisted that the money was not deposited. She was rude and unwilling to make it right.

The worst zions bank in the valley starting with they don't have any pens so you can fill out a deposit slip when I asked for one i got an eye roll and told she'd try to find one (didn't) then Acted like it was an Inconvenience for her to count the money back after cashing my check. Finally when I asked for a envolpe for my cash she tried Hinting at the one i has pulled my check out of . Next time I'll Just inconvenience myself and go further to a better zions bank

I have been banking here for years. We currently do not use Zions as our primary banking service, but I continue to hold an account with them. Every time I come in this location for service, I have had great experiences. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Without a doubt, the best customer service I have ever seen! From the Drive Through Tellers to the Loan Officers to the Branch Manager. Friendly, approachable, helpful...I would never bank anywhere else! Even for Zions Bank and their high level of service, this Branch is their Shining Star!!

They messed up on my account I had a check for 1300 and they only gave me 300 I had to call them and let them know otherwise they would have not Caught it I advise you never bank with them
