Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. Daughter needed to cash a check that was written on thier account, we were upfront and pointed out it was stale dated. But we had contacted both the company that wrote the check as well as Zion financial corporation and were told to take it to any branch. But they were unwilling to call the company that actually wrote the check or their main office that told us to come to Zions Bank. They were rude and unhelpful and final straw was the sarcastic comment of have a good day as we walked out! Never would I bank with them.

Worst bank on the face of this planet. Laziest employees. I asked for pennies and she gave me nickels because she was too lazy to walk to the safe. Not to mention how many times they messed up my deposit. WORST ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. Do yourselves a favor and save your time. Head to Zions bank in Taylorsville where they at least know how to smile.

Service is terrible!!!! I had to wait while the bankers tried to open their tills for 20 minutes. They should have been ready when they advertised that were supposed to be open at 9am!!Also Amanda the Assistant Vice President was extremely rude and very unhelpful when trying to get assistance with my account- I have never had a problem with Zions Bank and have loved banking there for the past 20 years!! Do not go to this location!! Made me almost close my accounts with them

Probably one of the slowest banks around. Don't come here unless you've got time to waste.
