Updated review:Despite my previous review, I keep going to this location because it’s close to my office. They have improved recently. Not enough to go from 1 to 5 stars, but it seems they’ve started to get their act together. The last 2 times I’ve been in the service was good and they’ve cleaned things up. Thanks for making improvements. Previous one star review:I hate leaving negative reviews and absolutely love Zion’s Bank, but this branch is terrible. This branch is a mess every time I go in. They are slow and can’t seem to keep employees very long. Every time I get a new “teller in training.” I wouldn’t mind it if the service was good, but it’s not. Please close this branch or rebuild a new one in Lehi.
