Branch manager, Chad B. in Springville is a poor representative of the bank. I would suggest finding a different branch or another institution completely. Lower any expectations of service if Chad is involved.

Every time I go here I'm met by pleasant employees and am always taken care of. They are very knowledgeable and have gone out of their way to answer any questions. I've had several big questions for our business accounts and the manager has been very helpful. The office is very clean and inviting. Overall the most important thing to me is that I feel I can trust the employees to take care of me.I'm not affiliated with the bank, other than being a customer, but I will help explain why they don't have a coin counter. I used to use the one in Spanish Fork frequently so was disappointed when they did away with them. They explained that it was too costly to maintain the machines. People (many not actual bank customers) would dump in bags or buckets of coins which also included mouse droppings, paper clips, pocket lint, etc. that kept breaking the machines so they did away with them. In the end I can't blame the bank as I would have done the same thing.

I am not sure what type of bank has such a large building but no change counter. The large buildimg must be for their terrible service they provide. I have gone there multiples times over the past month and atm never works and im always told the wrong info. I reccomend using a bank tjat can do their job.
