I read some of the posted comments concerning the pr and services provided by the Draper Zions bank and staff. I was to the point of not going there for currency exchange, but it was so close to me, I figured that I would give them a chance. I do not have an account with Zions and was treated with amazing care and respect. I had to pay a $10 fee since I did not have an account, but the rest was smooth and positive. I do not have an account there, but plan on opening one soon. My treatment at my own bank was nothing like the treatment that I received at this Zions bank.

They won't even sell you a money order or give you the time of day unless you have an account with them. As others have said, they are SNOTTY AND RUDE at the counter. It would be a COLD DAY IN HELL before i'd open an account at this horrible place. They started on Christian values, well those "values" are LOOOOONG GONE!

Went there to do a foreign money exchange after getting the ok to do so over the phone with 2 seperate managers. You arrival the teller was extremely snotty and rude about it. Than after finding out we didn't have an account there, which was stated on the phone conversation, weren't willing to help at all. To sum it up, stay away, far away from Zions Bank. Not worth the headache don't business there.

1 inside teller for a business day... How does anyone think that that is a good idea? Waited in line for 30 minutes. No Branch manager around to speak to.

I love Zions Bank. But this branch is so slow. Currently sitting in the waiting area while the one employee in charge of wire transfers is talking about their personal life with another costumer. Normally that's fine. I don't care. But each time I come in here it's the same issue. I sit and wait for 20 minutes to make a wire transfer. Oh wait. They are all crowding around a cute little baby.... aww. Baby's are the best. Still waiting.

I don’t have an account here, but I came to get some cash exchanged to euros for a trip to Italy. Laura helped me, and she was super friendly and helpful. Great experience!
