Drive up is ALWAYS slow!!!! Not just once...every time. You feel as though they have forgotten about you. There has been a time I called inside to see if the forgot me. I've experience it not only Bountiful Utah, but also Centerville and North Salt Lake.

Disappointed with the customer service. Staff is nice but they don't follow up or pay attention to us the customers. We aren't asking for any favors, we are trusting you with our money so you can lend it to make money or so you can make money off our transactions.

I have been with Zions Bank since 1997. I have always enjoyed banking with them. Today because of some of the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life I just closed all of my accounts over $27 in surcharges. Yes you heard that correctly they lost a 22 year customer by not crediting my account $27! I definitely don’t care about that $27 but it was about the principal of it and being treated like they didn’t need me as a customer. They have definitely “forgotten who keeps them in business”!
