Terrible Experience!!This was my 1st dealing with them and i was faced with a non-chalant attitude from their sales reps, they pretty much acted like children unable to take anything serious.Every single time i got told they would call me back, i wouldn't hear anything from them for another week until i call them back to remind them about my transaction. (Childish)If this is how you want to do business in Nigeria, i feel sorry for you.A financial institution like yours should be building integrity and trust, not burning bridges with potential clients.

This company is truly a financial serving institution (more like a microfinance bank but not operated like a bank who finds customers up and down to come and make deposits as investments. They however grant loads to firms, businesses and individuals with credibility they can always harness.

I went in to make an enquiry and discovered that the branding is on point and the staff were courteous. Nice business concept. It is a consumer finance company that provides cash loans to individuals, groups and PoS finance for consumer goods. I will endeavour to try their services soon :) and update this review.

First experience with them was so terrible and this would def be my last. Getting the loan is sharp sharp but they never tell you the fine details..when you want to liquidate then they show you charges they never informed you of.. Very very bad
