If I could give them no stars I would I really wish I remembered the guys name who I talked to about 7 months ago I was trying to set up a payment plan but they wouldn’t accept was I was trying to give because they said it wasn’t enough they wanted me to start by paying $873 and unfortunately as a single mom I’m not in the position where I can afford that much at one time so I wasn’t able to make that initial first payment so it went on my credit obviously I knew that would happen so i have just been trying to get in a place financially where I can start making payments. Today I got a phone call from a man who was beyond rude to me from the get go asking me when I’m going to be paying them back I told him that I am going to pay them back I am just trying to get to a place where I can and he’s says to me in a very rude tone“So what your saying is you’re not going to be paying it back then” I then tell him that’s not what I said I am doing my best but right now I am a single mom who is trying to get out of her parents house not to mention I am in the hospital right now 35 weeks pregnant trying to keep from going into labor he gets even more rude so I just hung up he was unprofessional inconsiderate and nasty.
