If you are not banking here you should be! Friendliest and most helpful staff in Erie. They offer almost everything that your bank does only the atmosphere is better. With several locations in and around Erie and 24 hour ATM’s they have it all! I even received a response to Sloan on a Sunday!

What absolutely terrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes in a drive through teller line when I was the only person there and the bank was empty! Honestly, I won't be going to this branch again. Next time, maybe try starting with 'How are you today' or even a 'Hello' instead of ignoring your customers until they hit the call button after waiting over five minutes after sending their information in.

My tenant owns an account and uses direct deposit, through this bank, to pay monthly rent. Each month I have to call my tenant to inform them that the deposit wasn't received. Each month, my tenant has to call this bank to remind them to make the deposit. We're not talking the usual three day delay. This is a week or two after the scheduled deposit. This month, after I called the tenant to tell her the deposit wasn't made, they called the bank to remind them of their responsibility, and the bank ended up giving me double the amount. This is just weird because now I have two separate deposits and a strange withdrawal on my statement.

They have worked with me to fix financial issues, helped me get a loan for my vehicle even with bad credit. Been a member for 23 years, I won't ever choose another bank.
