I see a lot of great reviews and bad reviews. What I noticed is, the bad reviews are based on bad salesman practices, not company practices. Unfortunately, an untruthful salesman that fills out the application with cancellation fees or high rates is to blame, not the company. Unfortunate for the company and the dedicated and honest salesman that really help all their merchants.

Hector “Joey” Alaniz, contracted by first data and cc processing services has mislead us into getting on a lease with absurdly elevated fees. Fees that have never been explained by anyone or even himself. All we got from him are evasive answers and false promises that he will resolve issue and as of today we are stuck with an unwanted lease and huge processing fees. If this man reaches out to you do yourself a favor and stay away. He will defraud you and will take advantage of you on every way possible.

The initial rep, Tijani Zein made a bunch of promises, never followed through, set my account up before I was ready, and before he completed all the work he said he’d do to get me ready to change processing systems. Now, even though I’m not using the system, I’m getting charged $60/month. Tijani has ghosted on me, and Wholesale Payments has no one in their office to even answer the phone. This company is a disgrace and is stealing from small businesses. NEVER WORK WITH THESE LIARS!!

Companies aren’t perfect but Nancy tries her best to make sure that her customers are taken care of. True customer champion. You want her as your credit card rep!
