We had a great experience with customer service at this location. We bought a service van for my husband to get his new small business off the ground. After a week of owning it, the transmission went out. Initially I was extremely angry and assumed they knew, but after the owner, Rick, stepped up and did the right thing by us, I have to say I am very happy. Buying used cars always comes with the possibility of something happening, but when it happens to you it's scary. Thank you, Rick, for doing right by a hard-working man who is just trying to feed his family! When it's time for an upgrade, we'll be back because of this!
