This is my 2nd great experience getting a home loan with Brett and his team at Westwood! Brett is highly responsive, happy to answer any questions and explains all the options along the way. I'm always impressed when he updates me BEFORE I ask! He helped me compete in this market by getting me pre-approved and closing quickly. The strong financing from Westwood definitely made a difference!! For his hard work, terrific guidance and straight-forward pricing, I highly recommend Brett for any home financing needs!

This is our third mortgage with Westwood. We keep going back because we always receive great service. Brett is Knowledgeable and work hard to get us the best deal.In the latest one, we were under tight deadlines and ran into some technical issues, but Brett hard work and great hustle saved the day and we were able to close on time.

We had attempted to refinance with a large online company and they were unable to complete a refinance on our home. We contacted Brett Bly and he was able to work with us to successfully refinance our home, lowering our payment and pulling cash out for a project.Update 12/2017: We worked with Brett again on the purchase of a new home and again the process was fast and smooth. Plan to continue working with Westwood for any future mortgage needs.

Update: I ended up using them for a third time, they were proactive in helping me refinance when it made sense. Thanks to my new rate I am saving money. They also helped walked me through the options and always explain everything well, so I was aware of what costs/no costs came with refinancing options to make the best decision for me.As always, they are top notch in my book!===The whole team at Westwood Mortgage is great! This is my second time using them and this time around it was under less than ideal circumstances. However they were super helpful even under these "tricky" situations and made sure everything was taken care of promptly. I will definitely continue using them in the future and recommend them to all my friends and family! Tom, Ashley, and Martin were great to work with.
