Staff are really nice, but ever since they changed to Glacier Family of banks there policies have really changed for the worst. Instead of it being about the people and small local bank mentality and feel, they now feel like a national corporate bank, more about the bottom dollar they can get from every person. I really liked this bank the last 12 yrs, but I'm ready to not deal with any banks ever again.

Wanted to open an account and said it was open today (Saturday) and the lobby isn’t open. Someone should change the description of being “open” until 1 PM because I drove down there expecting to be able to sit down with a person and set up an account as I am busy throughout the week. It’s just a little misleading is all.

Was approved for a loan and told to spend 2500$ on floor insurance and we would close that week. Kris the financial guy us a liar and waisted my time and money. I'll be pulling my multi million a year business from this bank soon. I would never recommend Kris E or this bank for those reasons
