I can count on 1 hand all the times I have written reviews in my life. I saw a surfacebook 2 they had posted on their eBay. The price was unbeatable, but I had a questions about the surfacebook so I looked them up and called them. In 2 rings a male picked up the phone and looked at the surfacebook to answer my questions. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions quickly and accurately. I put in a bid, but the price was already unbeatable. So i called back to let them know I placed a bid because I was concerned someone would win the item before me. The male picked up again and said he would let his boss know. I got a counter offer for only $5 more and I accepted it. I checked out then immediately, noticed I had the wrong address posted. I contacted the manager and she walked me through the process of resolving this. They shipped out my surface very quickly with priority shipping and it even included a case that was not in the listing. I am very grateful for there customer service and patience! You should totally come here, I’m certain they will meet your needs! Check out their eBay seller page too there are great things on their for a fraction of the original price
