16 years a customer and loan denied! I don't know whether to laugh or cry. I went in to ask for an emergency loan of 3000 on top of my existing loan of about 8000. Denied due to a medical lein from the small window of time i was between jobs with no insurance. Ive been banking with these people since i got my first paycheck when i was 18. 16 years, countless paychecks, every penny gifted, goes to this bank yet denied...The only thing good to say about this particular instance is the decision was swift. I'm so disappointed...
