The owner is unprofessional and awfully uneducated - he thinks second hand Apple iPads and iPhones are not resellable because, in HIS words, “it’s impossible to delete an existing iCloud account on those things...”Um, I’m assuming he’s not heard of a complete erasure of ALL settings by doing a standard deletion in General, then RESET. He’s an old man, that’s probably why he doesn’t understand how technology works. Which begs the question - why is a person who understands nothing about tech running a pawn shop in 2018????????????Don’t sell or buy here. He doesn’t deserve your business. You’d be better off driving all the way to Melbourne than deal with this moron.(And if it was possible to give ZERO or NEGATIVE stars, I would have. One star is too good for this place.)

No customer service standards at all. A "g'day hi how are ya, can I help you" , can go a long way.Rude... But I guess you already know that going by your other reviews.Edit.That never happened. Your response to all reviews show how correct and accurate the reviews are.

The owner was not in attendance as i entered the premises. The first thing i noticed was how lackluster the alarm system was as i was easily able to forced a window on the exterior open. There was so much choice on what i could pick from, i ended up going with a selection of nerf guns and jewelry. I've noticed everyone saying the prices were too high but i didn't even have to pay as it was 1 am and no one was there

My experience at the Wellington Bargain Centre was extremely poor. The shop owner was unhelpful, rude, and obnoxious.
