I have been investing in the Dc Metro area for a better part of 16 years. I have seen Hard Money Lenders come and go. For our current project I sought funding from many of the top Lenders in the area. Walnut Street Finance was the most flexible, and easiest lender to work with by far. We did not chose Walnut street finance, they chose us. They took a very sensible approach to our circumstances where other lenders turned us down. Since settlement, they have been patient and understanding as we attempt to obtain our building permits and they are always looking to see how they can assist us to move our project along.
