Overall Feedback:
About 2 1/2 weeks ago, we have opened a new saving, checking account, I waited to see if our debit cards are ordered. I spoke to a rep. She said no. Then they told me a deposit must be made in order to order the debit cards. We deposit in more the $200. At the time we opened the account. Sara told me takin 7 to 10 business days. I spoke to a president he ordered them.. now I am very concerned on how they will keep control of my account. Very bad customer service !!!!!!
