Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Everyone acts like they have no idea what to do, all the time. I actually didn't even open an account here due to how they treated me. I walked out. I couldn't imagine doing business here.

I don’t usually write reviews but felt this one was important. Not sure why negative reviews. I have been banking here a long time and have never had any issues from daily banking to loans.

This place has incompetent customer service and they rarely do what they say they will do. They try to always blame the customer for their gross negligence in handling your account. The online banking is a huge hassle as is doing business with them. Extremely slow drive-thru service. Definitely save yourself undue stress and hassle they may cause you. Look out for multiple charges for same transaction when you make purchase at grocery store.....

Avoid doing business with this bank at all cost, because it will cost you in fee generations. Held ant and all deposits for maximum allowed by FDCI no matter the size of the deposit or if the deposit was a wire transfer or cashiers check from another bank. No notification or communication on holds or fees generated from holds. In addition, customer service is rude and arrogant. Instead of listening to customers, you are cut off and told the bank will not make changes. Life is too short and full of complications. Do yourself a favor andavoid using this bank saving you the headache.MBA, CSSMBB
