Extremely poor support & service.
Overall Feedback:
Extremely poor support. They do not return phone calls and act like you have done something wrong to avoid having to service their programs/equipment. The Kiosk that they service has been out of order for a week stating we need to call customer service & technical support to get it back on-line. We have tried for the last week to get this accomplished and the only person to call back said it must be our internet connection which is working fine everywhere else in the building, just not their kiosk! I would be very hesitant to do any business with these people until they can prove to me that they can handle the situations they are already supposed to be responsible for.
