Rob Apostle, took the time to sit and walk me through the loan process, talked me through the rehab process, interview multiple general contractor and their subs. Than he discussed "Target" an area. Interviewing a broker that specialized on investment properties. As I flipped my first home and current, Rob, made sure to walk me through the draw process and followed up with me weekly making sure I was in my timelines. I truly feel that Veristone staff, are supportive and service is 5 stars.
