The only reason that this is a 1-Star review is because there was not an option for 0. The level of ineptitude in handling even a simple request is beyond the pale. My wife had a serious lapse of judgement in choosing this credit union as the home for our HSA since it was in theimmediate proximity to her employer. What a mistake! The simple process of adding me onto the account and acquiring a debit card for same has involved two trips to the credit union that have involved ridiculously long waits and that have resulted in no resolution, DESPITE THIS BEING A VERY SIMPLE REQUEST. On trip one, we filled out and signed the necessary form in front of a teller and waited 20 minutes to see someone. Having no more time available to wait, we were assured that I could just swing by and pick up my card at a future date. I did so this morning and guess what? Nope! Don't even show me on the account anywhere. Do yourselves a favor, RUN, DON'T WALK PAST THIS PLACE! There are several very good credit unions in the area, but this certainly isn't one of them. Their teller staff are as incompetent as I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Definitely moving this account!
