Feedback:
Worst customer service. They are never consistent with their rules. They always tell me I can’t do something, only to find out that I can do it, and have been doing it for a year. They always give me a run around. I go every other week in person and they always give me a hard time. Never talked with anyone that is confident and knows what they are doing. It’s not even worth the convenience of it being down the road. I’d suggest going to a different location, or better yet, a different credit union all together.

I have had nothing but problems with this credit union! All of the employees are incompetent and make serious mistakes, like claiming I have not made loan payments. Thankfully I keep all of my receipts and was able to show them I had. That has happened several times in the past year alone and it is only one of the many problems I have had with them. They are not worth risking your money and your credit.

Went to the drive-thru during my lunch break and waited for quite a while. Eventually they came out and helped other cars that had come after me! Also, I was making a deposit into my savings, after looking at my receipt they put it into my checking.

If you can talk to managers of people who have been there awhile, they have all the answers and are good at solving odd problems. They are great at working with you to get things done.
