I'm trying to sell a business that made over $1.5M in revenue in 2018 and I was paired with broker Josh. I waited for two months for him to list our business but he would just send us emails saying how busy he was and didn't even offer to meet with us to discuss our deal. Finally, I got him on the phone, and he said it will take another 8 months just to list our business. In the last two months I have sold 5 houses, hired 50 employees and opened another new business but our broker has not even provided us any guidance. I will sell my business myself using other options.
