Client Review on USA Pawn Oregon

Doesn't even deserve one star I was very unhappy with my visit to USA pawn yesterday, I went in to exchange a PlayStation that they sold me that didn't work and talked to an employee named Chris and he said I was setting it up wrong and wasn't helping me set it up either he was ignoring me the entire time. So when I asked for my money back he said we don't give money back so one thing all future customers should know if if a product that they guarantee works doesn't work they won't give you a refund just store credit so you can get ripped off on another product. I called back later in the day and the employee named Chris answered the phone and I asked for the store manager cause I wanted to file a complaint against the employee and he continued to say to me who cares if your an angry customer don't come back in to the store and then hung up on me. So not only am I not aloud back at this store because of this employees incompetence I'm not able to spend the $115 store credit. So for future customers be aware Chris is by far one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with with being a paying customer, and there is a pawn shop not even 5 minutes up the street that has way nicer employees and prices.
