Employees were very rude unwilling to help anybody out. People down the street however were awesome USA pawn has lost my business forever rude staff overpriced!! I think every other pawn shop in consecranda a is better than these guys there's plenty to choose from steer clear.

I've been coming here since they've opened and this shop has done a complete 360 since the manager Emily has taken over. She's very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. All of the staff is extremely curtious, helpful and professional. They have a wide variety of items at extremelygreat prices. This is the only pawn shop I'll deal with!

Completely ignore your existence, and are always "too busy" to help. Unprofessional snobs. Like my money isn't as good as their money. I'll spend my money somewhere else

Yea spoke to one of the associates there about sub woofers and clearly no knowledge about it!Try to tell me wal mart sold them and I work for wal mart lol wow!Soundstream R3 10” Turantula 2ohm 700w rms per speaker! Tried to tell me 25 bucks for the pair whaaaat!Yea No Thanks USA pawn.....

The worst customer service ever, 2 nd time in 8 months I’ve tried to deal with them the first time no one even acknowledged my existence. When I did ask to look at an item was told they were too busy. This time the girl was showing me an item asked for my ID which I gave her, she was told I had to wait and brought to the front counter to help a walk in after me. Avoid this place and go to Casa Grande Jewelry and Pawn instead.
