I’ve been using UP Solution’s system for about 2 years, and although it works great, it’s not 100% perfect. Fortunately, their customer service team is top-notch. You deal with the company directly and not some call center. Of all the times I’ve had to call in for support, Jonathan has helped me out the most. He’s patient, knowledgeable, and well spoken. My most recent interaction was when I had an issue with their kiosk system not being able to display pick up numbers. After running through some checks, came to find out that I accidently deleted the app that allows it communicate with the system (I guess I thought it was bloatware). Jonathan and I laughed about it, but once I got the app downloaded and set up, it ran as expected. Thank you Jonathan, they better keep you around!
