Update: I no longer come to this establishment. My teller would have to request for a manger to come help her and after we waited for over 15 minutes before a woman came in to help her. Yes, people look in the blinds to see what is happening. I decided this would be my last visit. So frustrated with there only being what appears as one working teller and the managers being so disrespectful to their employees and their customers. I would never recommend here, again.I come 3 days out of the week and the same young woman with glasses always helps me and what seems to be every other bank member. It's summer so more people are out, understandably. She is always polite and I have no problem with her, my issue is that it seems like there is only ever one person working at this bank because of how often it gets busy and has backed up lines. I understand the hiring process can be difficult, so I will change my rating as the Union improves. My other concern is that one of the days I stopped by, I went to get some popcorn and there was a piece of bubble gum that had fallen into the bottom of the bin. Didn't think much of it. The weekend passed and I returned on Monday to do usual banking. I stopped to get more popcorn and as I scooped to the bottom I saw the same piece of bubblegum from a few days earlier, but it's coloring had rubbed off on some of the popcorn. This tells me the popcorn machine isn't being cleaned and old popcorn is being put out with fresh on top.
