Horrible Finance Institution ! Have been financing my car from them for almost a year now ! Monthly car payments done way before due date religiously ! Called to claim for financial hardship due to my current employer shifting my title & position which dropped my weekly take home pay, called 3 days in a row to follow up , to only get Declined due to them not having “Hardship Programs” available ! I have worked in Customer Service , Loan Financing & Collections for the last 5 years & if a Client of mine ever called stating financial hardship with an amazing payment history & long length of payments with us , we will always go high for them ! Only option given from these people is for me to Default on my payment & to get my car taken away because they can help ! Asked to speak to supervisor & according to her NOTHING can be done , asked to speak to someone higher than her & it was likePulling teeth , even got hung up on & no Information for her surpervisor ! Will NEVER do business with them again & will advice everyone to stay way ! Big ups to Santander & Chase who have been the up most amazing experience ! Going to look into to transferring loan into a better atmosphere !
