FRAUD . HARBORTOUCH IS A COMPLETE SCAM. looked at my PROCESSING RATES AND THEY INCREASED ALL OF THEM WITHOUT NOTICE. My contract said 10 basis points interchange plus however, they were CHARGING ME 50 basis points interchange plus (5 times more than i agreed) - when I disputed it they said they would sue me and take my business becaus I signed a 5 year agreeemtn. I DIDNT SIGN UP TO GET ROBBED. TRUST ME DONT USE THEM GO WITH SQUARE ! Their sales agents will say ANYTHING to close the deal, but after you sign your SCREWED. I worked with them for 1 year when their equipment FAILED. First they replaced it but that took 15 days. Who can be without a POS for 15 days! - Finally when i received it, it worked for a month than BROKE AGAIN. I found out they use REFURBISHED GEAR.

Not Recommended For Small Business Owners. Use CAUTION and carefully consider if you are a small business owner is this contract with this company worth the hassle? NO NO NO I speak from experience. They are not helpful when you have REAL issues. with your small business. My cousin (the owner) was diagnosed with Lupus Jan 2018, My uncle died recently and put our entire family in a bind. We have a family owned small business. We contacted Harbor Touch to start this contract BEFORE the tragedies in our family so we had NO IDEA what we were up against. So with these issues we realized we needed to change the ACH WITHDRAWAL FEE DUE DATE TO the 15th of the month instead of the Third Day Of The Month. With my Uncle's Funeral and My cousin we totally forgot to deposit the fees in the bank to cover Harbortouch. My aunt is disabled permanently she can barely walk contacted Harbortouch via phone Immediately after she took care of the past due bill to request ONLY A DUE DATE CHANGE OF OUR FEES. I heard the entire conversation via speaker phone. They would not help us at all. Rep seemed annoyed and had no empathy. She basically told my aunt a simple due date change is not possible. So If you want to pay additional FEES, Hidden Fees, Need to change your due date of your payment forget it. Harbortouch will NOT ASSIST YOU! You have been warned

I am ashamed that I even have to give this company a 1 star. In all of my years of working in the public, this is the worst company that I have ever worked with. I was not able to use the base machine, asked multiple times to get a device for my cell phone and they refused. I went with Square and never used this machine again, all while STILL being charged a monthly service fee. My business closed up and they still won't cancel my contract.

Absolutely the most impossible group to work with. They don't comply with provisions of their contract and are awful have a discussion about the problems. Not worthy of even 1/2 star.

Harbortouch salesman are bunch of liars they said I signed a contract with with the guarantee to pay the salesman Sal I told him that my last POS system wanted me to pay for the years that I didn't use it I went out of business and they're trying to collect money from me for equipment and Services I never used Sal told me that there was no personal guarantee so harbortouch stay away from they are a no-good company I would have never signed a personal guarantee so I was tricked by their salesman Sal who lied to me so beware of harbortouch read between the lines they cannot be trusted

Unfortunately a real rip off if you want to cancel the account. My account was canceled on 6/3/2016. It took me 3 attempts to close the account, very difficult. Once the account was closed he "back end" of accounting continued to bill me a monthly service fee of $19. I had no idea until I received a collection letter on 4/4/2018 almost two years later.

If you want all your hard earned money to go to them use harbortouch. Bad customer service and high fees. You will lose less money going to a regular cash register and papper tickets. BEWARE DO NOT TRUST anything they tell you. If you still use them after all the one star reviews than you get what you deserve.

They can't be bothered to contact someone they interviewed for a job, despite multiple calls and emails. If they don't treat people on the inside well, how do you think they will treat customers?
