I came in asking for a payday loan cause I was short on cash last week. There was an older white lady. She was very rude from the beginning to end. Idk if it had to do with me being Asian or that I had Surgery on my eye. So I brought in everything they needed to see. I brought in a 30 day transaction and a 90 day transaction of my bank account.I make 1350 every two weeks. She apparently said I can only help you with $150 which isn't 25% of what she said in the beginning. Without even looking at how much I make exactly She went on to lie to me about I didn't have enough information. I had 3 statement/bill (rent,phone,cable) that's under my name that I brought. I had way more than what they ask for yet I was told it wasn't enough. I'm very disappointed with the attitude of whomever was working. I then went to Payday America right after and got a loan for 560 on the spot with less information. Overall I will no longer step inside again due to the fact that I felt unwanted in there for no reason.
