Hi! I apply for re-finance my auto loan, after that 08.13.2019 I received a letter from Elaine Morris saying that for the final decision she needed more bank statements, I sent her everything, after that she needed more documents, I asked the question why do I need something else? because I provided everything, and it already looks like a bureaucracy! I didn’t get a clear answer ... more 08.15.2019 Elane said that she would not be in the office next week and she transferred my case to another employee, I did not remember his name, but today is Thursday 08.22.2019! and nobody contacted me ! I contacted your organization because of your high ratings and positive reviews ... until now I have not received a letter or a call from you, although for me this is very important, my interest is now 14.7%! I thought of having a mutually beneficial long-term relationship with you, because I will need a loan also next year, but now I don’t know what to do. I also suggested transferring my personal accounts and my business account from another bank to your organization, this would benefit all of us, but apparently you do not need it, it’s very sad ..... Thank!
