I've been using this branch for years and years. In the past 8 years alone, the entire staff is different. Every single employee I was close with, and those I never spoke with, is gone. It's nice to have a business banking experience with people who know you, and I've developed that somewhat with the existing staff, but still there is quite a bit of turnover in the tellers, although the ladies behind desks and in offices have been there for a few years at least. I suppose I have always received pretty good service, but many of my transactions involve large business deals and the newer employees don't know how to process some of them without asking a manager. It all works out, but I miss the employees who knew all the ins and outs, and knew me and my business operation needs.
