Holy cow if you're unfortunate enough to be subjected to Amrock in Cerritos, be sure to triple check your documents!! You get what you pay for and they are discount for a reason.Errors began on day one and spanned the gamut from comically ridiculous typos and obvious cut and paste emails to potentially damaging errors had we as clients not caught them and let them through the transaction. The lack of detail and attention from our escrow officer is glaringly disturbing.If you have a choice, please, please look elsewhere. As stressful as the homebuying/selling process is already with the rest of life going on, the last thing you want to deal with is a wholly incompetent escrow officer. Which is exactly what I went through. And it's a ride I would only wish on my worst enemy. But I'm friendly and have no enemies, so I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
