My interaction has been not good. Went to open up a business account and the representative look at my account and offer to refinance my car at a better rate. I said ok all that was good until I saw a delay in the refinancing so I called I was told oh yeah I need this so i sent it then call a week later to check status oh yeah we still need this not one phone call to tell me what they needed until I call. Finally the payout was sent and she sent the wrong payout so now I'm responsible to pay my old finance company and truliant. All I ever hear I'm sorry, sorry doesn't mean anything to me unless you stop making mistakes.

Wonderful location. The staff here are very willing to ensure customer service is met. This is a bank that can be trusted. No strings attached in their services. They are not greedy and show full interest in their customers.

The worst place to ever do any business financially. Corporate in Winston Salem cleared my settlement check after the bank it self called and cleared it and still wouldn't give me any funds over $200 for 10 business days after I explained to the branch manager Vincent of my lights being cut out and being late on my rent. He absolutely did not care and proceeded to break the law. After my money was overrode by corporate to be released he again interfered with the decision and stopped the transtransaction in mid handle. Now how does a bank AND their corporate office both check and clear these funds but still withhold them from me for an extra 10 business days. THAT'S ILLEGAL. Vincent is also VERY VERY RACIST. SEE U IN COURT!

Took me 12 years to get a checking account because they go by credit score. Which I didn't mind. What I do mind is that the tellers are so impersonable and make you feel like you are nobody. I'm ultimately staying for the rates. At the end of the day the wealth of the wicked is stored up for the righteous. I rarely go into the branch. Too slow. Tellers at the drive through are just as impersonable as the ones on the inside. All of them look like they have been sucking on a mouth full of lemons. However with the teller turnover another bunch of lemon suckers will replace the ones that are there. Maybe some people with Joy will come through there eventually.

I've been a member for more than 20 years and have always received superior overall service both inside and at the drive thru. Car service was a good experience also. Sometimes it's bad customers not the service they receive.
