Her office was terrible at communicating with my mom! Also thanks to her office she had federal taxes amounting to $2900 deducted from her account twice within a week. When we called we had to leave a message. We asked her to call us back to help resolve this and she never did. I hope no one else has to go through the frustration that my mom did with her!
