Client Review on TranzVia, LLC
Feedback:
They kept calling me to update our service and told me that we could make this change, since we weren't in contract. I made the change and went with a different company to only find out that I now owed $495 for early termination fees. Not to happy about it but fine, I'll make that money back up in a few months with our new savings. That was March and then in August, we noticed that they were still billing us for an inactive account $206.50 a month. I sent in the hand written cancellation letter in March and now they auto debited our account for $1032.50 for having an account that should have been closed in March. Now I'm told after waiting to hear from them for 3 weeks that they will only refund something that's within a 30 day period of time. Why? Well that's their policy I'm told and that I have the documents stating this is in writing already. I've requested this document to be sent to me again and the waiting game begins. I've looked thru the stuff I signed, and don't see this policy glaring at me.9/5/18 called them again today and was on hold for 35 minutes before someone answered. My belief is that they want you to give up and hang up. Talked to the same guy today and I informed him that I'd not received the document that I only had 30 days to make a dispute and he admitted that it wasn't in a contractual document after all. He admitted that it was in their error but I wasn't going to get any of my monies back because they have waived the $495 early term payment for me (this amount I was happy to pay reluctantly). I called today since they've billed my bank account for now another month for $206.50. Now it's September and they will get back with me and see if they will refund this amount since its been within 30 days. Since I notified them August 7th for the same issue that that isn't available for refund now but was within 5 days of them debiting my account. So now it's a $1032.50 for a early termination amount that was only $495. Tell me how they can continue to do this to small business!
