I love Trailhead Credit Union. They are always helpful and make me feel like family. Once I got a phone call asking if I was out of town? I was not and they stopped a $1200.00 charge for wine being purchased in Italy. Trailhead has my back for my personal and business accounts.

Jackie has been amazing from the start! She made the process really easy for me, and showed she had a lot of experience which made me feel really comfortable. I remember switching from BofA to Trailhead wanting to get out of the corporate banks (always having some type of hidden service fees). With BofA, I felt like just a number to them, but with Trailhead I really felt more like family because it is so local. I love having a more local bank that gives back to the community too.

Best bank I've ever had business with. So friendly, polite and courteous. No matter who is working, no one is ever without a solution that requires a manager or anything like that. I think 99% of the time, I've had the pleasure of dealing with Irena and Quinn. Both always seem to address me, even if just for a "hello" and even if they're busy. So happy to finally feel good about a bank

Randomly got locked out of my online banking account. sat on the phone for 30 minutes trying to log into my account. they told me i was seeing error messages they've never seen. They sent me temporary passwords and everything but to no avail. Definitely looking at different places to take my business as a college student.
