Awful awful awful. If I could give negative stars, trust me, they deserve it. They are quick to call you day after day if you are a day late with your payment, but when it comes to releasing your title after pay-off, expect to wait at least a month. I finally received my title in the mail today, after paying it off in July. They sent me a copy that still has their name on it, with a sticker stating that I have to take it to the title bureau to release the lien. I took it to my local office and they pointed out that Tracir didn't notorize my title before sending it to me. I'll never use them again. Hope no one else has to use them either. If I thought it would help, I'd report them to the BBB.

I love my rep.. Janie is wonderful and always helpful. If I am going to be late paying, I just call up and let them know. Most of the time they are very helpful and understanding. I really have no problems with them and have recommended them to friends...

After 3-4 years im free from this place! Finally paid my car off a few weeks ago and from what I can recommend is atay in contact with them or they WILL call YOU EVERY SINGLE day and leave emails until you call them back. It got to the point they would call me so much it made it to were I didnt want to answer them if that makes sense. Anyways im sure they're just as happy to not have to bug me as much as im happy its paid off. Oh and everytime you need to make a payment be prepared to pay a $8 fee just to pay which is a scam in itself in my opinion. They probably made $500 off me in just $8 fees over the past 3 or so years.

I've personally had no issues with this company. I pay on time every month and the only communication I have is when they text me that my payment is due in 5 days.

You can not see your account information online and that's scary. You don't go into business and not give your customers their info online or even through phone services. Something is up about this and I'll report it through the bbb if nothing is done 30 days from july 9, 2018. I tried to contact them via their website but kept getting error message it wouldn't go through. And of course google won't let me paste the screenshot.

I read all the one star reviews and those people are idiots. I got a car loan and paid every two weeks for over three years. I was able to easily set up a direct payment through my checking account and never missed a payment. Just set it and forget it. I had horrible credit and this helped me tremendously gain a decent credit score back again.

Laura is the best! I have had a bumpy history with my payments being in time due to my company downsizing after I was there for 10 years. I didn’t know what I would do because I had gotten into the loan 6 months prior to my dept closing and exactly 1 month prior to losing my little brother in an accident. It hasn’t been easy by any means to cope with a total career and lifestyle change. I just want to thank Laura for always being kind and understanding at a time that I needed it most. I hated calling to make arrangements because I always paid my bills on time and I found it to be embarrassing. Even after my car was repossessed and I got it back, Laura didnt treat me any different. She helped me understand that all I had to do was communicate with them, I hadn’t let them know of the emotional and financial problems I had and of course they had to do what they had to. Understandably so! Now I communicate every single step of the way and although I am still struggling a little, Tracir makes it easier for me to sleep at night😁
