My father trusted this Credit Union with his finances until the day he died. Unfortunately, they repaid his trust by ignoring his online banking requests, closing his accounts, and depleting both his checking and savings to cover their credit card. Follow-up: Mike S., a Senior VP for Towpath reached out to me and my family. He made the situation better. Towpath was able to return a portion of the funds which allowed me to payback some debts on my father's behalf.
