Client Review on TOWER SYSTEMS
Feedback:
I paid for a stand alone program a few years ago and opted out of annual support as the support package fee was ridiculously priced. (luckily for me, i haven't needed support, so I would have wasted thousands in support fees) The product is OK, but not fantastic, and I definitely cannot justify the expense for support when the fees i pay for Reckon and other software collectively are much less! I want to upgrade my POS but won't due to the the unscrupulous support pricing, and i cannot upgrade my windows operating system as the older version of Retailer (which i am using) will NOT work with the newer Windows platform,. I am now off to research a more reasonably priced retail software, and i feel like i was conned in the first place. Tower System's pricing is out of this world and just a joke!After reading the response to negative reviews i am glad i making the switch, they are atrocious!
