I usually never do any reviews but I had to write this because it’s hard to find a proper merchant service now a days. I’m a local business here in Boca Raton , usually we get millions of sales calls and people visiting my restaurant. I met up with this guy named Rady, happens to be the sales manager there in Touchsuite. I had a great experience with him because the way he presented me everything, and being up front about the merchant service , with rates and fees, explained me how the industry works. It will be almost more then 2 years now , I still have the same rate and same service. Most importantly whenever I need any kind of assistance he is always there. For a business like ours this kind of service is a plus, since we are always busy.
