I have used this company and I left because I found much better rates elsewhere. They charge you even if you aren't processing anything. Do yourself a favor and shop around.

Great customer service! They sent us an email about an important system update on June 14 and a week later followed up with a phone call to remind us about it. Levi at tech support was very helpful and supportive! He turned the process that seemed to be tiresome and laborious into a quick and easy experience!

TSYS is a criminal organization. It took me 5 months to get them out of my bank account and to refund the money they stole. I was lied to many times by this company. No business should take money they are not entitled to, and no customer should have to fight for so long to get it back. They should be in jail.

They will tell you one thing on the phone, and have another in the contract. In the end, you pay nearly double market rates for credit card processing. Stay far away from this unethical business!

This is how tsys operates, the reject those with business degrees but hire idiots who refused to attend college. Why do you people with no post high school education working at positions meant for degrees? Anyone except for csr who doesn't hold a degree should be fired immediately and it doesn't matter who they know in Columbus. At least Synovus has better sense.

This is the worst place to work at. All of administration does not care about the employees. They shower you with the possibility of advancement within the company when you try to apply for jobs within they turn you down and take an external applicant instead. The benefits are not good, they are expensive and not much coverage. Once you are hired, you are sure to stay in that position and only move up if you move out!!
