called in to request package re-delivery and the guy mocked me, swore and then hung up. reported to corporate.[edit:]the owner of this ups store sent me an email asking for further details. i provided them, but he (apparently) chose to take no action against the offending employee since it was probably the owner himself who was mocking my disability over the phone in the first place.very unprofessional, folks. avoid this pop stand like the plague...[edit #2:]i did finally manage to get the package which was redirected to this ups store. however, this was after another phone call in to this shop - in which i was informed that it was now "too late" and that my package MUST be returned to the original sender / shipper (even though the ups delivery attempt / redirect email notification that i received said that i had two more days before a return would be initiated).after much fuss with ups support, the package was redelivered - but by this point the package was severely damaged (the cardboard box was "accordion" style), and its label had been tampered with by the employees at this location in a blatant attempt to make it undeliverable to me. (i assume that this was done as some sort of child-minded "retribution" because i had reported my mistreatment on the phone...)the box was so severely damaged that i refused to sign for it.ups should seriously be reconsidering allowing this "business" to use its name in vain as it is currently doing.
