Client Review on The Pawn Company

Rated 3/5 due to one employee with a terrible attitude. I ended up pawning a firearm, and coming back into the the store a week later to pick it up. The "problem" arose when I walked in around 15 minutes before closing time.The blonde female at the cash register gave the worst customer service that I had ever seen when I gave her my ticket to pick up my gun. She then tried to refuse my payment by telling me that the entirety of it had to be in cash, including the interest for the pawn, until I corrected her. She begrudgingly processed my payment while slapping my credit card, pen, and paperwork on the counter. The second she provided my receipt, she plopped back down in her chair and didn't bother to say anything like "thank you" or "have a nice day", like some people who care about customer service would.I then had to explain to the employee who managed the firearm section of the store that this cashier wrote "no box" on my ticket in error (even though the original ticket clearly stated "with box" in the description).Every other employee at The Pawn Company that I had seen and dealt with were kind, respectful people.
